    Our Pilates classes are designed to improve the client’s physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance their mental awareness.

  • Circuit Training

    This is a full-body workout completed in 30 minutes with 15 minutes of cool down and stretching at the end.

  • Dance Fitness

    Working out has never been this fun! Our dance fitness routines get the heart rate up and tone your muscles while you are having fun.

  • Stretch & Strengthen

    This class was designed for those wanting to make out some quiet time in their day to relieve the body’s muscles and the mind.
