Circuit Training

This is a full-body workout completed in 30 minutes with 15 minutes of cool down and stretching at the end. Stations are set up around the room with different exercises performed on each for one minute before moving to the next. It’s a mix of Cardio/aerobic activity with toning and Core Pilates exercises. Circuit training enhances cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.

Each and every class is different, with each exercise being adaptable to the individual strengths and fitness levels of the employees. All equipment is supplied (mats, thera-bands, light weights, balls, skipping ropes and music)

  • Classes are 45 minutes long
  • Up to 12 employees per class
