Pure Pilates

Our Pilates classes are designed to improve the client’s physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance their mental awareness. Pilates emphasizes the body’s core, the abdomen, oblique’s, lower back, inner and outer thighs, glutes, and much more. Pilates develops much of what people living a sedentary lifestyle need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture. Pilates also has a much lower chance of injury than with any other forms of exercise.

Each and every class is different, with each exercise being adaptable to the individual strengths and fitness levels of the employees. All equipment is supplied (mats, thera-bands, light weights, balls, skipping ropes and music)

  • Classes are 45 minutes long
  • Up to 12 employees per class
